In conformity with Tender Documents No. 05-1/06 referring to construction and commissioning of High School of Medicine and Bureau for Educational Services, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational Education in Podgorica and the pertaining rights of each Tenderer having purchased the Tender Documents, Directorate for Public Works has been addressed with numerous requests for clarifications by the Hungarian companies.

In conformity with Invitation to Tender No. 05-1/06 and Article 8, Section 3Instructions to Tenderers, Book I, Tender Documents for construction andcommissioning of High School of Medicine Lot I and Bureau for Educational Services, Examination Center and Center for Vocational Education in Podgorica Lot II it is outlined that:

In relation to the loan provided by the Government of the Republic of Hungary for construction of education and school buildings in Montenegro, Directorate for Public Works based on previous agreements prepared schedule of invitation to tenders.

According to Invitation to Tender No. 05-1/06 for construction and commissioning of High School of Medicine, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational Education in Podgorica, the said Tender is open to all tenderers having their registered offices in the Republic of Hungary, provided the leading company has its head office in Hungary not less than 50% of the export contents shall be realized by companies registered in Hungary, while subcontractors or suppliers being Joint Venture members can be companies out of territory of Hungary.
